After a glorious day at the beach, everyone sure enjoys some other activity. We have a football field and tennis court and a volleyball net. For children there is also a playing area with a playhouse, sandbox, swings and slides.

Here are some tips on fun activities for the whole family in

Hammarland

  • Remains of the war batteryin Sålis

  • Åland Fire Museum & café Clara - a cool museum where children can sit in fire trucks. Outside the children have their own frie truck for them to play on while parents have a coffee in the café.

  • Skarpnåtö open air Museum - where you can also take the bike ferry across to Geta.

 Eckerö

  • Wildlife Safari - hop on the wildlife train in the and watch out for wild boars, ostriches and deer.

  • Åland Hunting and Fishing Museum  - A museum with much to discover. You can take part in pewter casting and pearl diggings.

  • Käringsunds fishing village - cottage idyll in which parts of Astrid Lindgren's childrens books "Saltkråkan" was filmed.

  • Käringsund Resort & Conference - mini golf, pedal boats, swimming pool, beach and café. You can also hire boats, canoes or bikes, and make reservations for excursions by boat.

  • Degersands seaside - a natural childfriendly and sandy beach. Close by is the café and restaurant at the Degersand Quality Camping ground
